Universal Auto Body & Glass is an exceptional body repair shop. The body repair they did on my car was magnificent, perfect, and my car appeared brand new. The price they charged me was totally reasonable, much less than other shops wanted. The staff were remarkably professional, courteous, helpful, and totally honest. Do not even bother going anywhere else if your car needs body work - go straight to Universal for the best possible results. Thank you Universal!

Had a great experience with Pro Finish Auto in Stamford. The owner is genuinely amazing—super honest, responsive, and clearly takes a lot of pride in the work they do. The quality of the work is top notch. Everything was handled professionally, the finish came out flawless, and they paid attention to details that most shops would overlook. You can tell they care about doing things the right way, not just quickly. If you’re looking for a reliable body shop that delivers high-quality results, I’d definitely recommend Pro Finish Auto.

Dinged and dented my bmw 440i pretty good on a stone wall on someone's steep iced over driveway...I called the shop and he told me he would take a look and give me a quote on the damage. Took 2 minutes and he gave me a very fair and reasonable quote. Told me to drop it off during the week on a tuesday which I did. The car came back looking like nothing ever happened and he matched the paint very well I cant even tell. If anything comes up in the future, I will definitely go to him for body work, thanks Nick.

Nick and all of the folks at Pro Finish Auto made my car look brand new again, and I could not be more grateful. Background: I had gotten my car into a few scrapes here and there over a 6-year period, most notably on the rear left quarter panel (see pictures 1-3). So since I happened to be in the area and knew that there were a ton of body shops nearby, I took a walk and started calling the numbers of the shops I passed. It was Christmas Eve and I didn’t even have the car on me, so most places were either closed or wouldn’t agree to meet with me since I didn’t actually have the car on hand. But Pro Finish Auto was different. I passed by the shop, called the number, gave my explanation, and Nick offered to take a look at what I had. So I came in and we talked. I showed him the photos I had taken of the damage, and he explained what his shop would do to fix it, and gave me a very reasonable initial cost estimate. A couple of days later, I returned with the car, and we quickly reaffirmed what we had discussed previously. He even offered to (carefully) try and re-set my front bumper right there in the lot, essentially as a gesture of good faith. That really left an impression on me.

Went to Nick to get a new front and rear bumper, plus fix and paint damage to front left quarter panel. Car looks immaculate! Dropped off on Monday picked up Wednesday afternoon. Super easy to work with and communicates very quickly/well with you before you drop off and while doing the work. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing body work. They also helped with some touch up paint on a place that a previous body shop missed as well as a few chips on the hood. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
